Coaching & boosting
Do you ever share or log into my account?
Never. Every climb is duo-queue, meaning a coach plays alongside you on your own account while you learn. Account sharing breaks publisher terms and we won't put your account at risk.
Which games and platforms do you cover?
We focus on team-based siege and objective shooters on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Cross-platform coaching is available, and your discovery call confirms your coach specialises in your exact title before you book.
Booking & payment
What are your opening hours?
Our Fitzrovia studio and support desk run Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00 and weekends 12:00–18:00 GMT. Online coaching slots extend later in the evening to suit players in other UK time zones and work schedules.
Can I get a refund if it's not for me?
Yes. If you're not happy after your first coaching session we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime and simply stop at the end of the paid period.
